Reebok

Originally started way back in 1890, with Joseph William Foster being one of the first designers to implement spikes in running shoes (worn by a host of Olympians), it wasn't until 1958 that Foster's grandsons started the companion company Reebok. Since then Reebok has continued to transform the fitness industry with ground-breaking shoe technology. In 1979 Reebok was introduced to the US market and it blossomed, sponsoring the entire kit of the players in the NFL, NBA and the footwear of the MBL. They also have major links with football, as well as sponsoring every fighter in the UFC. The name is actually derived from a misspelling in a foreign dictionary (bok is Afrikaans for antelope), and represents speed, style and grace.
